Your Partner in Diabetes & Digestive Health

As a Registered Dietitian, I partner with patients to develop personalized nutrition plans that support their unique health goals. I am Board-Certified in Advanced Diabetes Management and an AIP Certified Coach. I also have specialized training from Monash University on the low FODMAP diet for IBS to support digestive health. Beyond these specializations, I am committed to working with patients managing diverse health conditions and those striving for overall wellness.

I believe nutrition should enhance your life, not complicate it. My approach focuses on providing clear, science-based guidance while ensuring you understand the reasoning behind each recommendation. Together, we'll create sustainable strategies that fit your lifestyle, preferences, and needs.

Whether you're managing a specific health condition, looking to improve your relationship with food, or working toward broader wellness goals, I'm here to provide expert guidance and support along your nutrition journey.
